VALNA Holding Cyprus Limited acquired Nitron Holding Limited and Maslior, both are Limited Liability Company which registered in British Virgin Islands.
These acquisitions allow to VALNA Holding Cyprus Limited to invest in sustainable operations of a refinery and the development drilling of oilfields.
The key development targets are defined as follow:
For the refinery: (a) to ensure sustainable operation of the refinery, (b) to perform required maintenance, (c) to analyse and implement measures to optimize operating efficiency, (d) to consider investment projects to increase light products and decrease fuel oil output.
For the oilfields: (a) to finish historic wells conservation, (b) to start development drilling and install relevant infrastructure, (c) to ensure efficient marketing / logistics.
