VALNA Holding Cyprus Limited acquired OOO SPK (“SPK”), a Limited Liability Company registered in Viborg, Leningrad region, Russian Federation.
SPK intends to set-up the construction of a Dry Cargo Transshipment Complex at port of VYSOTSK for coke and coal.
